Understanding our Commission Structure
There is no standard market commission rate. Commissions and types of service may vary by firm and are negotiable based on the firm you hire. At CENTURY 21 Benefit Realty, our minimum listing side commission is 1.9% of the sale price of the property, or $2850. Whichever is more. Our maximum listing side commission rates is $19,000.
Compensation to others may be offered to firms acting as subagents and firms representing buyers as incentive to participate in the sale of firms’ listings through MLS or in compensation agreements. These options will be presented to you by your experienced CENTURY 21 Benefit Realty Agent and determined by you, the seller depending on how you’d like to position your home in the market place.
